The Merchant Steak & Grill is nestled in the heart of Palma, within the historic Palacio Can Marques, The Merchants offers a sophisticated dining experience that reimagines the classic steakhouse. Since its opening in 2020, it has garnered acclaim, including the Luxury Lifestyle Awards for Best Luxury Steakhouse in Spain in both 2021 and 2022 .
A MODERN TAKE ON CLASSIC DINING
Designed by Mallorcan architect Aggi Bruch, the restaurant combines elegant interiors with a warm ambiance. Guests can choose between the intimate indoor setting or the serene outdoor garden, shaded by palm, cherry, and fig trees, providing a tranquil escape in the city .

Curated by Five Senses Hospitality's culinary team, the menu features premium cuts of meat and globally inspired dishes. Highlights include the Reef & Beef platter, combining ribeye steak with half lobster, and the indulgent S'mores dessert .

WHEN WE WERE THERE
The Merchants Steak and Grill Restaurant is located in La Lonja, just a couple of blocks from Ocho Suites & Kitchen. They serve good grilled meet as Sirloin, Rib eye and Surf ´n turf, but you can also get a seafood platter or a burrata if you are not into meat or fish. The TNT Prawns are super good. Nice wine list, but a little pricy.
The good food and the beautiful garden which is part of the stunning Palacio Can Marques Hotel, makes The Merchants one of our top ten restaurant in Palma.
