Some restaurants you discover by accident. Others are recommended by friends. But Badal Corner became our spot thanks to our son, who declared, after one bite, that these were the best burgers in Palma… maybe even in Europe. And honestly? We agree. We took a nice walk from Ocho Suites, thru Palmas beautiful and picturesque alleys, to have burgers beyond good.

The first time we visited, the smell of grilled meat hit us before we even reached the door. Inside, it’s casual, straightforward, and refreshingly unpretentious. You don’t come here for craft cocktails or interior design. You come for the burgers. And they are genuinely exceptional.

One of the things we love most about Badal Corner is how customizable everything is. Sure, they have about ten signature burgers on the menu, but the fun really begins when you order your own made-to-order creation.

You can choose:

• Protein: beef, chicken, vegetarian options

• Cooking style: the way you like it

• Bread: several types, all fresh

• Onion style: crispy, caramelized, raw

• Cheese: from cheddar to blue cheese

• Toppings: bacon, jalapeños, special sauces… the list goes on

And of course, the sides are just as addictive:

• crispy fries or sweet potato fries (extremely yumi)

• homemade dipping sauces

• simple, crunchy salads like a really good coleslaw

Every time we go, we try something new, but the result is always the same; a super juicy, flavorful, ridiculously satisfying burger.
