The first time we visited Living Dreams in Santa Maria del Camí, it didn’t feel like walking into a normal shop or café – it felt like stepping into someone’s beautiful, creative world. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and the soft outline of the Tramuntana mountains, this place captures everything we love about Mallorca: design, food, nature and that easy, unhurried pace.
You don’t just “go” to Living Dreams. You arrive… and then you exhale.
WHERE ART, DESIGN AND ATMOSPHERE MEET - LIVING DREAMS
As soon as we stepped through the gate, we knew we´d stay longer than planned. Handcrafted furniture, unique design pieces, sculptures, candles, colors – it’s all carefully curated, but never stiff.
Every corner feels like a little scene: a chair you suddenly want at home, a table setting that makes you want to host a long dinner, a splash of color against stone walls that just works. It’s the kind of place where you walk around slowly, take everything in, and quietly think, “I could live like this.”
THE GARDEN CAFÉ - THE PLACE I NEVER WANT TO LEAVE
Our favorite part of Living Dreams is the garden café. Hidden behind the building, it opens up into this magical, leafy courtyard with palms, fig trees and pockets of shade. It’s calm, green and full of little details – cushions, lanterns, art, and just enough music in the background.
We came for “just a coffee” and ended up staying for lunch. The menu leans into fresh, local ingredients – colourful salads, simple but thoughtful dishes, refreshing drinks and homemade cakes that make it very hard to say no. It’s the kind of place where one coffee turns into two, and lunch quietly stretches into afternoon.
SANTA MARIA - A VILLAGE WITH REAL CHARACTER
Another reason we love Living Dreams is where it is. Santa Maria del Camí is only about 20 minutes from Palma, and Ocho, but it feels like a different rhythm completely. On Sundays the market fills the village with life, stalls, locals, chatter, and nearby you have vineyards, small bodegas and beautiful countryside.
It’s the perfect village for a slow day: market, a little walk, maybe some wine tasting – and then a long, lazy lunch or coffee break at Living Dreams. Not far from there you have the beautiful vineyard Son Antem owned by the Swedish couple Johan and Malin Lidby
COME FOR THE INSPIRATION, STAY FOR THE FEELING
For us, Living Dreams is more than a place to eat or shop. It’s somewhere we go when we want to feel inspired again, by spaces, by flavours, by the way life can feel when it’s a bit slower and more intentional.
Whether you visit for brunch in the garden, to look at interiors, or just to sit under the Mallorcan sun for a quiet moment, you’ll almost certainly leave with the same thought we had: We´re coming back here.
WE RECOMMEND
Take your time wandering through the interior shop, then settle into the garden café for lunch or coffee. If you can, combine it with a Sunday market visit in Santa Maria and a relaxed afternoon under the trees – that’s when Living Dreams really lives up to its name.

This is such a beautiful place. I love coming here. Both for the interior as well as the food.
