CUIT AT NAKAR HOTEL - ONE OF THE BEST ROOFTOP BARS IN PALMA

One thing we love about CUIT is that it’s open all year round, which is surprisingly rare in Palma. The rooftop is split across two floors, and both have their own charm.

On the ninth floor, you’ll find a long, narrow pool lined with sunbeds. Until 7:30 pm, this area is exclusively for hotel guests, which keeps it quiet and relaxed. But after that, the doors open for everyone, and the whole rooftop becomes one beautiful social space.

Just one floor below is The CUIT Bar & Restaurant, where you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is crafted by Mallorcan chef Miquel Calent, who’s known for bringing traditional island dishes to life in a modern way. If you’re hungry, this is the place to be.

COCKTAILS, DJ AND GREAT VIEW - ALL YEAR AROUND

Whenever we come here, we start with something refreshing, usually a strawberry mojito (which is one of their signature drink), an Aperol, or perfectly made gin and tonic. The cocktails are consistently good, and the staff always has that warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay longer.

During the summer, there’s a DJ every night, filling the rooftop with upbeat Balearic energy. In winter, the music continues from Thursday to Saturday, creating the perfect excuse for cozy, off-season evenings with friends. We love this.

The crowd is an effortless mix of locals and visitors, which we love. It makes the whole place feel alive, but not overly touristy.

WHERE TO FIND CUIT AT NAKAR HOTEL - RIGHT ON JAIME III

CUIT is located in a super convenient spot. Right next to the smaller El Corte Inglés, surrounded by hotels, office buildings, and lots of little shops. If you’re coming from Santa Catalina, it’s one of the easiest rooftops to reach, making it a great stop before heading deeper into the city or out for dinner.

If you are coming from Ocho Suites & Kitchen, it is only a five minute walk.

One thing that makes this rooftop so special is the nearly 360-degree view. You can see almost everything — the city skyline, the mountains in the distance, and even Bellver Castle peeking above the treetops. No matter where you stand, there’s always something beautiful to look at.
