Ocho Suites & Kitchen has seven suites and a restaurant in La Lonja, Palma de Mallorca. Ocho Suites & Kitchen has seven suites that offer guests the facilities of a private residence – all suites come with fully fitted kitchenettes, living room, fluffy beds, en suite bathrooms and a balcony. We offer a variety of carefully chosen amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible, such as organic vanity kits and bath amenities from c/o Gerd of Swedish Lapland, beddings in organic cotton percale from Swedish Mille Notti, bathrobes and slippers and yoga mats. The restaurant and bar is located on the ground floor and offers a menu based on the French Bistro kitchen with an international take.

Non refundable rate

Full payment of the stay at the time of booking. No changes or cancellation can be made. No Show-fee is 100% of the full stay including tax. The reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card which is valid on the day of arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.

Best available rate

Full payment of the stay at the time of booking. Reservation must be cancelled or modified at the latest 12:00, 7 days prior to arrival day to avoid full payment of the stay including tax. No Show-fee is 100% of the full stay including tax. The reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card which is valid on the day of arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations are not accepted.

Full payment of the stay at the time of booking.  Reservation must be cancelled or modified at the latest 12:00 the day before arrival to avoid full payment of the stay including tax. Children, extra beds & pets

Baby cot,  up to 2 years old, 40€ per night
Children in sofa bed, up to 16 years old, 40€ per night
Adult in sofa bed, 16 years and older, 60€ per night
Pets, dogs up to 25 kg, 45 € per night

EcoTax

In high season (1 May- 31 Oct) 2 € per night per person, for guest over 16.
In low season (1 Nov - 30 April) 1 € per night per person, for guest over 16.
From the 9th day the tax is reduced with 50%.
The tax will be charged by the hotel when you check out.
