MARKET IN MALLORCA
What: This typically tranquil village comes to life with what is considered one of the best and liveliest local markets in Mallorca. The stalls offer everything from fresh local products and delicatessen items to clothing, wine, and crafts.
Where: Visitors from all over Mallorca travel to Santanyí to see this unique market. In the town's historic center, at Plaza Major and adjacent streets, there are hundreds of vending spots.
When: It takes place every Wednesday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in the town center.
Fun to know: It's just a 10-minute drive from Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombard, and Cala Figuera, making it a must-stop to see these beautiful calas.
We recommend: Arriving early, as it can sometimes be challenging to find available parking spaces, especially during the high season.
