Brasa Madre is a meat restaurant in La Lonja, only 350 meters from Ocho Suites & Kitchen. This small Argentinian restaurant, tucked away on a quiet street, delivers an unforgettable dining experience that combines exceptional food, warm service and a cozy atmosphere.

A CARNIVORE´S DREAM - BRASA MADRE

The menu is every carnivore’s dream, with premium dry-aged cuts of meat that are cooked to perfection. We ordered the ribeye, and wow! Every bite was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they put real care into selecting and preparing their ingredients. We started our meal with their empanadas, and they were hands-down some of the best I have ever had. The pastry was perfectly golden and flaky, while the fillings were packed with flavor. We tried the beef empanada, which was richly spiced and incredibly satisfying. 

ATMOSPHERE AND AMBIANCE

The moment you step inside Brasa Madre, you are welcomed by a rustic yet stylish interior, dim lighting, exposed brick, and wood accents create a warm and intimate vibe that is perfect for a relaxed dinner or special occasion. The soft hum of conversation and the aroma of wood-fired grills add to the sensory experience. It is the kind of place where you want to linger.

MALBEC - THE ARGENTINIAN SIGNATURE WINE

Their wine list is good, with plenty of options to pair with the meal. I went with a Malbec (an obvious choice for an Argentinian steakhouse), and it complemented the steak beautifully. If you’re more of a cocktail person, their mixologists also whip up some truly creative drinks.

Malbec is Argentina’s signature red wine, known for its deep, dark fruit flavors like blackberry and plum, balanced by hints of spice and smoky undertones. With its smooth tannins and bold character, it’s the perfect match for grilled meats—especially juicy cuts like ribeye. It is no surprise that a glass of Malbec at Brasa Madre feels like the ideal pairing.

EXPENSIVE - BUT AMAZING

It is not the cheapest spot in Palma, but honestly, for the quality of the food, drinks, and service, it is worth every penny. If you are a fan of expertly grilled meats, great wine, and a welcoming vibe, do yourself a favor and book a table at Brasa Madre. We recommend this place to anyone that loves a good steak!
