Ocho Suites & Kitchen opened in September 2019 but only had time to be open for six months before the pandemic came. We have now been closed since March 2020,  but plan to reopen in May 2021.

Ocho Kitchen will be a meeting place where both "locals" and tourists can slip in for a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or for a nice dinner with good friends. The restaurant has a bar serving food and also a more bistro-style section.

 

If you love the culinary profession and gastronomy, are social, open, thorough and like order and want to help build a successful business in Palma, then you might be the one we are looking for.

 

The kitchen is small and open, which is why order and social skills are very important. It is also important that you enjoy working in a creative environment that is constantly evolving and that you are flexible, unpretentious and easy to laugh with.

 

You will have a close collaboration with our other kitchens at Görvälns Slott and Hufvudsta Gård Mat & Möten.

We´re looking for these requirements:

 

• Chef training and solid knowledge of cooking

• At least 5 years' experience from corresponding type of restaurant in a senior/managing position

• Basic knowledge of kitchen finances

• Great interest in food and drinks

• High ambitions in your profession

• High social skills and likes "regulars"

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Spanish is a big plus
